Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead our growth and expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic professional with a strong track record in business development, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the corporate rental market.

Key Responsibilities:


 

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion of our corporate apartment portfolio.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential customer segments.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporations, real estate agents, and other strategic partners.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead the process of negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable conditions and beneficial terms for the company.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the business development team, setting clear objectives, providing training, and motivating staff to achieve sales goals.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, reporting regularly to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the real estate or corporate services sector.
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong long-term relationships.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and productivity software tools.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the corporate apartment rental market.
