Job Description:

As an Account Manager at Mindtech, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your ability to understand client requirements, communicate effectively, and coordinate with our internal teams will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Upsell additional services and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Monitor and improve client satisfaction levels. Conduct regular check-ins, gather feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account status, performance, and client feedback. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success in a Tech company.
  • Proven experience facing US clients
  • Strong understanding of software outsourcing, staffing and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
