Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will be responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of solutions in Oracle Cloud Financials. This role reports into our Financial Systems Manager. As part of our finance team, you will contribute to/work on/be involved in ensuring a smooth operation of the Oracle platform including triaging and efficient problem resolution, new feature release, coordination with external vendors, and providing clear technical direction in in collaboration/partnership with Finance, Accounting and Procurement teams. This role is remote with travel required as needed.
What you'll do:
Act as Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Financials including GL, AP, FA, Projects, Assets, Tax, and Cost Management preferably in Oracle Cloud
Respond to and resolve application issues promptly, work closely with end-users, support partners, and Oracle support when necessary. Enter and monitor change requests related to issues and resolution.
Assist with impact assessment, analysis, and testing for each quarterly releaser new features in each quarterly release.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather application and technical requirements, create detailed process flows, security setups, testing and training documents.
Establish efficient processes around system deployment and use with a continuous improvement mindset.
What you'll bring:
4 + years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Financial applications. Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in configuration and support of Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set ups.
A desire to expand skillset and collaborate in other areas of the Oracle application platform.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
