We are a successful travel management company for the charity and academic communities, and we are proud and passionate about what we do.


We are recruiting a Sales Manager to join our Study Trips Team. You will lead, motivate and develop a high performing team to ensure that sales of group travel bookings to our University, College and School clients are aligned with our targets. Ensuring all clients are provided with an excellent level of service, you will maximise sales, revenue and profitability. Primary responsibilities will include:


  • Ensure the team consistently deliver a high level of customer service
  • Achieve team and individual sales targets whist meeting the company’s yield goals.
  • Carry out monthly 121s, identify training requirements and provide support and assistance to the team
  • Manage staff resources efficiently to maximize the productivity
  • Promote and support Diversity Travel company values and behaviours and promote the company culture
  • Identify how operational procedures can be improved or adapted.
  • Produce range of weekly and monthly forecasting and MI reports
