About the client:

The client is a New York-based long/short equity investment firm that launched to external capital in June 2023. Founded in 2022 by Gor Ter-Grigoryan, The client seeks to build and leverage deep domain expertise across global TMT and consumer sectors. The client operates as a lean, focused team dedicated to compounding its partners' capital through rigorous research, thoughtful concentration, and a conservative approach to managing risk. About the role:

The client is seeking a bright and highly motivated Executive Assistant who can assist in all aspects of the firm’s calendar and scheduling needs. This role will primarily support the Founder, however, responsibilities will require frequent collaboration and coordination with other members of the team. The ability to manage and schedule appointments across numerous calendars and time zones will be crucial to success in this role. The ideal candidate is responsive, highly organized, and someone who can jump in and hit the ground running. Strong communications skills are paramount as this person will frequently interact with investors, industry partners, and management teams of portfolio companies.

Experience in financial services is preferred, however not required;The client places a priority on raw intelligence, detail orientation, strong work ethic, and desire to learn. Over time, The client seeks to provide significant exposure and growth opportunities to all members of the team.


What you'll do:

  • Administrative support primarily focused on scheduling and calendar management (Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Teams)
  • External communication support including scheduling with investors, portfolio companies, brokers and research providers, service providers, etc.
  • Ad-hoc administrative project support as needed.
