As a German Speaking Customer Service representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers of Miele. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers of Miele
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
  • Offer product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers
  • Coordinate repair services and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of the latest product updates and features

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Willingness to relocate and work in the specified location
