Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Front-end focused)

We are working with a blockspace infrastructure, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Lead full-stack engineer (Front-end focused) to join their remote team.

Fully remote, well-capitalized team of 10, working flexibly worldwide. Meet regularly for offsites in places like Barcelona, London, and San Francisco.

Role Responsibilities:

As Full-Stack Lead, you will:

• Oversee smart contract, backend, and frontend teams, ensuring smooth integration between codebases
• Lead cross-team collaboration and become the go-to technical expert
• Document knowledge via commit logs, changelogs, and Notion docs
• Handle technical specifications for the product team

Core Skills:

• Experience with customer-facing applications
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Solidity, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Strong focus on software quality: security, performance, architecture, and testing
• Excellent technical communication and cross-functional collaboration
