• Amazon Familiarity: Some experience with Amazon's platform, tools, and procedures, or a fast learner ready to dive in.
• Market Research Enthusiast: Eagerness to explore the market, identify new opportunities, and analyze niches.
• Supplier Negotiation Interest: have experience with sourcing and negotiating with manufacturers, understanding pricing, shipping, and documentation.
• Marketing Insights: knowledge of marketing strategies to help differentiate our products.
• Project Management: ability to oversee the product development cycle from the beginning till the end.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with designers and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Research

• using various research methods to discover new product opportunities based on market trends and competitive analysis.
• maintain a list of innovative product ideas to help differentiate our offerings.

• Product Ideas: Support the generation and validation of new product ideas through initial assessments.
• Product Verification: take care of evaluating demand, competition, improvability, seasonality, and profitability for potential products.
• Product Development: Manage the development of validated product ideas, including packaging, supplier negotiations, and production details.

• Sourcing and negotiating with manufacturers, handling pricing, shipping logistics, and required documentation.

• Collaborate with designers to create unique product packaging and marketing materials.
• Keep detailed records of product research, development processes, and supplier interactions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ecommerce Knowledge: Good understanding of ecommerce platforms, especially Amazon.
• Research Skills: Analytical skills for market research and product scanning.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and manage logistics.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing strategies for product differentiation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Educational Background: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
