Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong business acumen and a passion for developing client relationships. The Account Executive will drive new business acquisition, engage clients, and generate qualified leads to expand our client base.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow our customer base.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance client satisfaction and ensure client retention.
  • Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools to monitor sales activities, track progress, and manage client relationships.
  • Support in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), aligning with client needs and expectations.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Utilize effective prospecting techniques, including cold calling and professional networking, to establish a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct targeted outreach with senior decision-makers through calls, emails, presentations, and attendance at networking events.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities with comprehensive client profiles and actionable follow-up steps, facilitating smooth hand-offs to other team members as needed.


Qualifications:

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with consultative B2B sales, preferably involving consulting or recruitment solutions.
  • Proficiency in prospecting activities, including comfort with cold calling.

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and client networking.
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal preparation.
