As an Operations Specialist, you will be leading local operations projects and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.

• <point>Supporting all Bolt's business operations in Azerbaijan.</point>
• <point>Creating and optimising processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.</point>
• <point>Analysing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.</point>
• <point>Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and adjusting to ensure successful project execution.</point>
• <point>Collaborating with the whole operations team to contribute to the entire project lifecycle.</point>
• <point>Offering support by checking up on delivery of initiatives and projects. </point>
• <point>Building and maintaining effective relationships with other departments - Operations, Marketing and Customer Support </point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>1-3 years of experience in project management or analytical position.</point>
• <point>Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent communication in English and Azerbaijani.</point>
• <point>You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.</point> 
• <point>Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.</point>
• <point>Keen attention to detail, an aptitude for problem-solving, and ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment. </point>
• <point>Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.</point>
