What’s The Job

The Public Sector Partner Development Managers will build strategic GTMs across SI and Resell partners. In this role, you’ll be focused on managing our strategic public sector partners in NAMER, designing service offerings and sales strategies with our top Partners in North America.

What You'll Be Doing

This role will report to the Head of Resell/SI.

Act as a primary point of contact and the face of Spectro Cloud for our strategic Public Sector Resell/SI Partners.

Conduct sales activities, develop opportunities with large/strategic partners

Communicate lessons learned to the team, including account managers, the marketing team, and the technical team.

Ensure the successful rollout and adoption of Spectro Cloud products through strong partner account management activities

    Skills/Experience

    5+ years of Partner Management experience

    Driven and have met/exceeded indirect sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+

    Experienced in selling Enterprise SaaS Solutions with Partners to strategic government organizations with the ability to win new logos.

    K8s experience a plus

    Prior experience managing fed-specific resellers, SI, and MSP community.

    Travel as necessary to accounts and events to develop relationships and close large opportunities

    Location: DC/VA/MD area preferred.
