Your missions

Role Summary:

Atlas is looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our clients team for a Laboratory Data Review (LDR) IT project, currently in entering Phase 2. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python and DataWeave, along with a solid understanding of GxP regulations including GMP, GCP, and GLP. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance within our LDR systems.

What You Will Do:

As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Laboratory Data Review IT project. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that comply with GxP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and DataWeave.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with GxP regulations throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document data workflows, processes, and system configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and GxP compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Python and DataWeave.
• In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and experience working in a GxP-compliant environment.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
