Responsibilities:
  • Study and learn your assigned Viseven customers' current ways of working (end-to-end process) and prepare the transition phase based on Viseven's roadmap.
  • Prepare & define your project plan for your assigned Viseven customers'.
  • Devise your Viseven customers' adoption metrics within the established milestones.
  • Coordinate & orchestrate the execution of the customers' adoption-led roadmap.
  • Liaise with your Viseven colleagues in other departments as well as the project lead and project sponsor on the customer side on interdependencies.
  • Set up your assigned Business Trainer for success in training delivery and provide continuous support throughout the training. 
  • Collect feedback throughout the implementation face and work together with your assigned Business Analyst to organize the results and data into an adoption story.
  • Measure and compare the planned adoption metrics vs execution by analyzing the roadmap and the data collected.
  • Prepare and deliver reports/ presentations to your assigned Viseven customers'. 
  • Identify successes and best case practices to showcase the project achievements .

  • Requirements:
  • Skills of using Office365 applications for corporate communications, personal time management & productivity.
  • Fluent spoken & written English, other foreign languages are beneficial.
  • Certification and experience in Change Management methodology.
  • Previous client-facing positions.
  • Experience with IT products & services is beneficial.
  • Experience with Learning Management Solutions (LMS) and creating content for them is beneficial.
