Senior Infrastructure Program Management – 12 Month Contract – Remote, United States – W2 ONLY

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver complex technology programs. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution, managing budgets, and overseeing vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple technology programs and work streams.
  • Define program objectives, scope, and target benefits.
  • Manage program lifecycle, planning, and governance activities.
  • Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and financials.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and cross-team dependencies.
  • Facilitate key program meetings and retrospectives.
  • Apply agile techniques and continuous improvement practices.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant Technology experience.
  • 5+ years managing complex projects.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS, microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Business Suite preferred.
