岗位-运营视觉设计师
  • 岗位职责：
  • 1、负责平台不同业务向的运营创意及全设计流程设计，包括视觉、UI、交互的环节把控；
  • 2、参与运营活动的前期策划和需求讨论，从设计角度思考并产出多元化设计方案；
  • 3、对业务有较好的理解能力，关注数据，能独立负责并跟进全流程的工作；
  • 4、了解前沿的技术及海外设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向，制定符合体验且有创意的设计方案；
  • 5、独立承担重点设计项目，主导整体视觉风格和创意设计方案，并保证项目落地质量。

  • 任职要求：
  • 1、设计类专业本科及以上学历，5年以上视觉设计经验，需具备活动全链路能力(不限视觉、UI、交互)，有产品思维优先；
  • 2、了解海外产品，具备全球化视角分析，能根据不同国家地域及人文习俗把握视觉风格的输出；
  • 3、熟悉设计常用软件，包括但不限于PS、AI、Figma、MJ、SD、C4D、AE等；
  • 4、有逻辑能力，主动独立思考，善于沟通，有独立与业务、产研有效配合项目落地经验能力；
  • 5、富有较强的团队协作精神，责任感强；
  • 6、简历务必请附上个人作品集。

  • 加分项：
  • 1、有海外设计经验，对海外人群习俗了解
  • 2、具备一定的英文基础沟通能力
