We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role as a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with a VP Customer Success (across multiple established key accounts) to accomplish account plans and contribute to the overall success of client growth through the introduction of Behaviorally’s cutting edge product stack.

 

 

What You Wil Do as a Key Member of our Team:  

As an Insights Manager at Behaviorally, imagine yourself: 

  • Key contact in ongoing client communication, presentations, and proposals - ensuring alignment with company messaging and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, including regular communication on active research initiatives.
  • Work in coordination with Center of Excellence Delivery function to ensure key account research initiatives are executed to client (and Behaviorally) expectations.
  • Core contributor in discussions/meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Behaviorally team (Customer Success, Marketing, Sales) to develop and implement actionable account plans to drive customer growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure proposal development aligns with BEH product offerings and meets client needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify ideas & opportunities to enhance & accelerate account strategies.
  • Execution of corporate strategic initiatives against client objectives and individual growth plans. 



Desired skills and experience  

To qualify and succeed, in the challenging but rewarding world we do business in, you will need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Previous experience in client/account management, business development, is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt, problem solve and apply critical thinking against evolving client priorities.
