Kaplan North America's Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the drafting and ongoing maintenance of Sales department policies.The individual responsible for sales operations will document operational improvements and support the creation of clear processes for the Partnership Organization. The position requires an individual who is organized, thoughtful and can work well in a cross-functional environment.

Primary/Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Senior Manager, Sales Operations to draft and maintain sales policy and procedural documentation.
  • Monitor and assist with non-standard pricing requests, non-standard business terms, and escalate any non-standard practices to senior Sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics and Sales leaders to build reporting to help in identifying potential red flags in business requests.
  • Determine, maintain, prioritize and complete documentation requests from across Kaplan North America.
  • Oversight and management of the account ownership change management process.
  • CRM data integrity and hygiene management, across KNA's multiple CRM solutions.
  • Collaboration with the Post-Sales support team to proactively keep them abreast of product, program, or partnership changes.
  • Support systems migration projects as needed.
  • Manage the ongoing requests related to sales enablement tools and engage the vendor for resolution if necessary. 
  • Establish and maintain vendor profiles and relationships as needed. 
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Sales Operation and Executive Director, Implementations and Sales Operations with special projects and other work requiring additional support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Technology, or Related Field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting business and/or sales relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to hold others accountable for timeline commitments. 
  • Act as resource for clients, and internal subject matter experts for questions and problem resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products, Excel, Salesforce, GSuite, Salesforce
