What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a Finance Associate to join our global cloud team. As a Finance Associate at Sela, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our US business and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development, working closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the global finance team to oversee the financial operations of the US business

· Coordinate statutory and regulatory processes with external CPA firms

· Manage billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

· Work closely with senior leadership to manage budgets and generate financial reports

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

· Support month-end and year-end close processes

· Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

· Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and practices

· Experience with financial reporting and budgeting

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a generous benefits package and a quarterly performance bonus. Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience. Due to regulatory requirements, only candidates located in the US and authorized to work in the US will be considered for this position.
