Job description

As an Entry Level Travel Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries.
Research and recommend travel options based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirmations.
Process payments, issue tickets, and manage booking changes and cancellations.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings using our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and deliver high-quality service to clients.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related industry preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers, internet research, and reservation systems.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and reside within the country.
