Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager Delivery within Order to Cash process teams is responsible for designing and overseeing the logistics processes from the supply side to customer order fulfillment within the ERP system. This role is crucial for ensuring that the supply chain is effectively managed to meet market demands and customer orders efficiently, aligning logistics operations with business strategies and customer expectations.

 Your key missions:

• Logistics Process Design and Integration: contribute to the design of logistics processes within the ERP system, ensuring end-to-end integration towards customer order fulfillment. Focus on optimizing the interconnection between F2S and O2C order fulfillment processes

• Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the coordination of supply chain activities, including supplier selection, procurement, inventory management, and transportation, ensuring seamless operations that support timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• ERP System Optimization for Logistics: Work closely with the ERP implementation team to configure the ERP system to support commercial related logistics processes, enabling where possible real-time visibility into the supply chain and stocks, order tracking, and delivery management.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, warehouse management, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to logistics and order fulfillment, addressing any bottlenecks or challenges promptly.

• Customer Order Fulfillment Strategies: Develop strategies within the ERP to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, including, but not limited to, order prioritization, and delivery scheduling.

• Master's degree in engineering or business school 

• Required 10 years minimum of experience

• Experience in logistics management, operations, warehouse management and transport (incl 3PL), supply chain optimization

• Experience in consumer goods industry

• SAP Savy is a nice to have

• English is mandatory, French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory
