Your missions

This is a remote position.

As our agency grows, we need a freelance Business Development Director with an entrepreneurial mindset that excels in sales and revenue growth.

What Will I be Doing?
Business Development Directors manage all facets of our new business and sales processes at InterEcho, including:

- Identifying new prospective clients and creating new business opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue in existing accounts
- Negotiating global service agreements
- Working with InterEcho's marketing department to increase brand awareness

Requirements
What Experience Do I Need?

- 5 years of sales experience within advertising production or  localization
- Entrepreneurial mindset to create a book of business independently
- Success from a previous commission-only compensation model
