We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing B2B and B2C sales strategies for our premium products and services. This role involves creating and optimizing lead generation and processing flows, working with sales scripts, and directly engaging in sales activities.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B and B2C sales strategies.
  • Establish and manage the lead generation and processing workflow.
  • Create, refine, and utilize sales scripts to maximize conversion rates.
  • Conduct direct sales activities, including client presentations and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the USA market.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales; B2C experience is also highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and processing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Prior experience in the health and wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot software and sales analytics tools.
