The main responsibilities include:

Development and implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with the business needs of the company.

Continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes, including recruitment, adaptation, evaluation, development and retention.

Identification of personnel needs and planning of the personnel reserve to provide the company with highly qualified employees.

Development and implementation of staff training and development programs, including leadership development, team effectiveness and corporate culture.

Manage the personnel evaluation process, conduct periodic audits and provide regular feedback to stimulate professional growth and motivate employees.

Creating and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits policy, as well as managing the compensation and remuneration system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Management or other relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
