Job description

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and transform our Latin American operations? We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our Medellin operations and ensure exceptional service delivery to our US clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Building and developing high-performing teams: Recruiting, training, and leading a team of over 50 individuals across various functions, including sales, operations, AI training, and customer support.
Optimizing operations: Implementing efficient and scalable processes to improve productivity and service quality.
Fostering a culture of innovation: Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and adopt new technologies.
Building strong client relationships: Serving as the primary point of contact for our US clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
