Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Dev Team Member III for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
In this role, as part of the SAFe Release Agile train, you will work as a Salesforce developer to develop and deliver application changes using Salesforce Experience Cloud and web development technologies. Your responsibilities will include working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web accessibility, and other modern web frameworks to ensure high-quality, accessible web applications.

Responsibilities
Collaborates in teams using agile methodology.
Participates in team ceremonies to improve pace and efficiency.
Applies appropriate training/certifications.
Designs, develops, tests, and delivers applications meeting defined requirements.
Ensures alignment to design standards and principles.
Creates quality user experiences (UX/UI).
Collaborates with specialists and delivery teams for complete solutions.
Provides maintenance and ongoing support for applications.
Monitors performance and troubleshoots issues.
Identifies and assesses new and emerging technologies.
Communicates recommendations to business partners.
Conducts quality testing and addresses issues before QA handoff.
Applies automation skills to identify performance bottlenecks.
Supports user acceptance testing.
Manages and supports the process of deploying changes and updates.
Uses tools for Application Development including Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular.
Requirements
Work Experience in This Field:
- Minimum Required: 4-6 years
- Preferred: 7-9 years
English Proficiency: Fluent
Time Zone: Pacific time zone overlap required

Software / Tool Skills:
Advanced (7+ Years):
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
Intermediate (4-6 Years):
- Salesforce Experience web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web accessibility, and other modern web frameworks
- Salesforce Experience Cloud development, including Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce data modeling and database design
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and APIs such as Mulesoft
Entry Level (1-3 Years):
- CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce
- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Cloud)
