Our solutions are tailored to meet the evolving needs of each organization we partner with.

We are seeking Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) Facilitators for an upcoming project in September and October 2024. The vILT Facilitator encourages learners to connect over video, participate in discussions and hands-on critical-thinking exercises, test their comprehension through the platform features, and walk away from training feeling excited and ready to apply what they’ve learned. This is a short-term contract role and candidates must currently reside in North America.

  • Deliver Service Clinics and Manager Huddles in a 3-part virtual workshop series to Service Consultants and Service Managers, who will take the DiSC Assessment prior to attending.

  • Effectively introduce the session by: greeting participants by name when they join; commiting that you're not going to leave anyone behind; muting all participants to reduce background noise; reviewing platform features and explaining how you’ll use them in the class.
  • Deliver content in an engaging way by: using hand raising to confirm that the participants are following along with you; avoiding asking open-ended questions while instead proactively soliciting responses through polls, chatting, hand raising, etc.
