Job description

Rise Psychological Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional - Contractor to join our team. At Rise Psychological Services, we are dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal growth, emotional well-being, and improved mental health.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial intake assessments, providing therapy, and developing treatment plans for individuals, couples, and/or families struggling with mental health issues. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop realistic goals and empower them to overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather information on clients' mental health status and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed mental health professional, such as a Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and managing clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.
