Rise Psychological Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional - Contractor to join our team. At Rise Psychological Services, we are dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal growth, emotional well-being, and improved mental health.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial intake assessments, providing therapy, and developing treatment plans for individuals, couples, and/or families struggling with mental health issues. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop realistic goals and empower them to overcome challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather information on clients' mental health status and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based treatment modalities.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health.

Requirements

Must be a licensed mental health professional, such as a Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for mental health conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in maintaining and managing clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health.
