**Job Summary:**
As a Admin, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Your primary goal will be to fill open positions with qualified candidates who fit our company culture and job requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
* Post job openings on various platforms and utilize networking to reach potential candidates
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
* Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers
* Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Check the internal board for notes from the previous shift or office Admin
* Check for open positions and employee status
* Respond to candidates via call back or text
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
* Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers
* Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
* Use Google Voice, Workable, Gmail, PDFfiller, and EzClocker to perform daily tasks
* Check for open positions and status of current employees
* Communicate with clients and send onboarding links
* Answer payroll questions

* Meet hiring targets
* Reduce time-to-fill roles
* Ensure a positive candidate experience
* Quality of hires and their impact on the organization
**QuickHire Etiquette:**
* Be patient with candidates looking for work
* Respond to client requests within two hours
* Respond to voicemails from candidates within 24 hours
* Set up a signature on your email
* Copy a colleague on correspondence with clients
* Check with clients weekly to ensure proper coverage
**Shift and Call-Off Policy:**
* Shift: 8am-5pm with a 1-hour break
* Call-Off: Inform QuickHire within 24 hours if unable to report for shift
