Position Overview 
The Associate Director of Clinical Trial Marketing will lead the development and execution of results-driven marketing campaigns for various clinical trials. The role will ensure we meet recruitment and enrollment goals for various clinical trials. This role involves strategic thinking, exceptional organization, and project management skills to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

What You'll Be Working On
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for clinical trial recruitment.
Lead Collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies clarification with study goals and achieve enrollment goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve enrollment goals.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to optimize recruitment efforts.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress.

Physical and Travel Requirements 
This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role. 
  
What You Bring Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
Experience in clinical trial recruitment, marketing, or project management. 
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
 
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience: 
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred. 
Proven track record on developing consumer facing campaigns.
