PetLab Co. is the world leader in DTC pet supplements with 50%+ market share, 9-figure revenue, profitable and rapidly growing with ambitious plans for global expansion. We have a loyal community of loving pet parents and over 3 million happy dogs whose lives have been positively impacted by our innovative products. Our team is vibrant, fast-moving, and customer-driven where high-performers are valued and rewarded. And it is the ideal place for an ambitious, hardworking, animal lover who wants to progress their career rapidly.

A Day In The Life…
We move and think fast so it’s important that you are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are happy to roll up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to support the team in every way possible. If that sounds exciting - we would love you to join our pack!

In this role, you will report to the Lead Optimisation & Experimentation Manager (Growth), while collaborating closely with our Media Buyers and Marketing Analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the scope and delivery of the most effective landing page strategies through a test-and-learn approach.

You will ensure efficiency across our tech stacks, teams, and workflows. Your goal will be to provide and continually improve the best landing experiences for our website visitors with a particular focus on copy and content. This will be achieved primarily for paid media channels via a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end user experience.

This role offers significant variety, encompassing tasks from ideation to delivery and impact. You’ll have the opportunity to display a diverse set of skills, including creativity, problem-solving, analytical thinking, data storytelling, project planning, and strong communication.

Your day to day will look a little bit like this…

  • Continuously monitor and analyze growth metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage and lead multiple growth projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals and objectives are met.
  • Work comfortably on both short-term trading initiatives and long-term strategic growth.
  • At PetlabCo, we value experimentation, so confidently leading initiatives from ideation through to delivery, measurement, and decision-making is essential.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including UX & Design, Product Delivery, Engineering, Compliance, and Data, requiring strong teamwork skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices that support growth, including conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Experience with testing tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, AB Tasty, with a preference for Optimizely.
  • Solid understanding of general trading and e-commerce management, with the ability to identify opportunities or risks to growth and provide timely planning solutions.
  • Whilst working closely with our copy writing teams, a proactive approach in contributing/providing highly quality copy changes across ad scripts, landing pages and beyond is essential, so will need a good understanding of copy writing principles.
  • Experience working with a CMS and comfort with implementing changes are required.
