Position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our internal team. This position offers a chance to build a strong professional background and establish a track record of driving business growth.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in need of ERP recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Present and promote our staffing services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients and candidates.
  • Track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities using HubSpot.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of success with 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the ERP industry or staffing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
