Job description

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing candidates across various platforms and methods. This role requires someone who is proactive, personable, and innovative in their approach to candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels and methods for candidate sourcing, including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and more.
  • Employ Boolean search, X-Ray, and other advanced search techniques to create effective search queries for diverse vacancies.
  • Proactively search for the right candidates rather than waiting for applications to come in.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with suitable opportunities.
  • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, continuously adapting strategies to overcome sourcing difficulties.
  • Craft compelling and engaging outreach messages that attract candidates to respond to cooperation offers.
  • Screen CVs efficiently and effectively to shortlist suitable candidates for further consideration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT Sourcer role.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with job boards and other online recruitment tools.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, X-Ray techniques, and the ability to create basic search queries for any vacancy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse candidates.
  • A proactive approach to sourcing, with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for crafting persuasive candidate outreach messages.
  • Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Helper, Email Extractor, OctoHR, and similar technologies.
  • Experience in screening CVs and identifying the most suitable candidates for various roles.
