influence group is revolutionizing the B2B industry with our cutting-edge hosted-buyer events. As we push boundaries in our second decade, we're seeking a commercially savvy Conference Producer to take our industry-leading events to new heights!

In this pivotal role, you'll:

• Design cutting-edge conference programs that blend market insights with forward-thinking concepts
• Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends and industry pain points
• Secure high-profile speakers and create compelling content that drives attendance and sponsorship
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop persuasive promotional materials
• Pioneer new event formats and narrative structures that set us apart in the marketplace

We're looking for an experienced professional who can:

• Dive deep into market research, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
• Leverage keen commercial acumen to develop programs with strong revenue potential
• Craft persuasive pitches and marketing copy that resonate with senior executives
• Balance creativity with strategic thinking to deliver both innovative and commercially viable events
• Work independently, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
• Bring fresh ideas and a positive attitude to our collaborative environment
• Hit the ground running and make an immediate impact

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record in conference production
• Excellent research skills and a passion for continuous learning
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• A commercial mindset with an understanding of event industry economics
• The ability to think creatively while maintaining a focus on business objectives

This is a remote position that includes travel to our events. We're seeking seasoned professionals ready to take on a challenging role.
