Commercial Manager – Indemnity

Locations: Bexhill, London or Leicester (hybrid) with the expectation of coming into the office once a week (with some degree of flexibility around this)

Job Details
 

  • Supporting the design and setting of our technical strategy in relation to the Indemnity Team, with a view to identify all indemnity breach customers through the use of data and modelling

  • Supporting the forecasting and budgeting activity across claims which includes setting and managing ‘trading’ performance for a core aspect of the customer journey

  • Developing appropriate strategies to tackle any market or competitor risks and capitalising on any opportunities this may bring

  • Identifying performance improvement opportunities, identifying and developing business cases for key changes across claims

  • Supporting the optimisation of commercial strategies and ensuring that the commercial team anticipate challenges and develop counter measures to negative contractual breach customer behaviours and trends

  • Developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across all functions

     

Skills we would love you to have
 

  • Great knowledge of operational and commercial management – claims experience is beneficial

  • Strong commercial acumen – comfortable with the mechanics of claims and contractual breach processes

  • Be innovative and driven! Able to seek out opportunities to evolve current practices, drive to cut through challenges to deliver results
