Position Overview

AVP- The Field Marketing or Product Marketing at NetCom Learning spearhead a team of product marketeers that are responsible for all marketing efforts for their assigned vendors and target audiences. They deeply understand demand generation for specific products / vendors, as well as how to package and promote B2B and B2G solutions. They recognize their target audience’s everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how our solutions help solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with product, sales, inside sales, and other marketing members, they manage a team that will shape effective marketing campaign, content, and others for specific audiences.

  • Be responsible for the strategies, campaign and executions of a team oversees specific product / vendor lead generation and brand awareness.
  • KPIs: Lead, learners and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on leader of a team of Product marketeers
  • Educate other departments on current solution messaging – sales enablement.
  • Craft our solutions storytelling vision and voice
  • The main internal POC, representing vendor marketing to sales and inside sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 8+ years of significant B2B experience
  • 4+ years of team management experience
  • Product marketing experience
  • Customer journey and sales experience
  • Project management and projects management tool experience
  • Deep understanding of market trends, product lifecycles and customer journey
  • 360o marketing experience: Content, Digital, Social Media, AI tools, Marketing automation tool and others
  • Hands-on marketeer with servant leadership mentality.
