Your missions

We are looking for experienced Director of Sales focused on the Payer/Health Plan market who combines business skills and healthcare knowledge. You will play a decisive role in developing business relationships and partnerships that will contribute to growing our business in the US.

Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the US health insurance market, specifically working with Payers.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for effective lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor's degree required. 

  • Nice to have
  • Experience selling to government entities and/or employers.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology and innovation trends.

  • Building strategic sales plan
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets. Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas and growth targets.

  • Key metrics in practice
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to meticulously track sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

  • Building relations with customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives within the healthcare Payer market. Travel to industry conferences and events to represent the company and expand the business network.

  • Internal cross-collaboration
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

  • Location
  • This role is remote, but candidates must reside in the Central or East Coast time zones to align with our team’s operational hours and client base. Regular travel to industry conferences and events will be required.
