Role:
We're looking for a creative, motivated individual to join our growing social team at Zappos. This individual will support the development and growth of our social ecosystem; Organic, Paid, and Influencer marketing program. You will support campaign execution and measure performance to discover areas of customer growth on major social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more), with different types of creative (images, videos, short and long form content, etc). The ideal candidate will successfully deliver campaigns that are on-target with campaign goals, endemic to each social platform, and bespoke to each creator's channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of the social media creator strategy to aid in Zappos’ goals to grow the brand's visibility, engagement, credibility, and consideration.
  • Collaborate with Brand Partnerships team who are seeking ways to leverage social media and creators within their programs; provides guidance, expert advice and integration into campaigns, brand moments, and events.
  • Identify and brainstorm new and relevant creator relationships and creative approaches to creator / influencer campaigns
  • Support day-to-day with agency management, including creator communication, campaign briefings, and content approvals.
  • Report metrics, quantifiers and ROI for creating measurable goals and tracking success of creators to evaluate value and optimize for future campaigns.
  • Assist with contract negotiation with creators / influencers, including scope of work, timeline and deliverables.
  • Stay current with social media creator trends and best practices, incorporating into strategy as appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal (Content, Brand Partnerships, Legal, PR, etc) teams to align on messaging, approvals, goal alignment, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in an agency, or media environment with responsibility for social and creator marketing
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Dedicated, hard-working, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, with strong attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently, but also part of a team Popular and social/Internet culture obsessed
  • Experience managing/working with agency

This role is open to candidates physically located in the following metropolitan statistical areas: Austin, TX; Las Vegas, NV; New York, NY; and Seattle, WA. Candidates who are not physically located in one of these areas may not be considered for this role.

The base pay range for this position is $83,500-95,000 per year ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, a full range of medical and other benefits is offered.
