Job Advertisement: Virtual Engagements Visuals Development Officer

Location: Delhi

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview:

Established in 1993, YRGCARE is a premier non-government organization providing comprehensive HIV services in India. Its objective is to provide prevention, care, support, and treatment services for people living with HIV/AIDS, to prevent new infections, and to ensure that patients and their families are treated with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create, publish and promote engaging content.

3. Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.

4. Optimize content according to SEO.

5. Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.

6. Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

7. Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.

8. Lead the development and execution of digital innovation strategies aligned with organizational goals.

9. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

10. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies for adoption to enhance social media presence and performance.

11. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and recommend the scope of improvements.

12. Collaborate with other teams and verticals at YRG to ensure brand consistency and leverage social media opportunities.
