Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers
  • Introduce and develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy that contributes to the company’s revenue
  • Qualify leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel
  • Drive the sales process from planning to closing
  • Establish inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
  • Attend international conferences
  • Cooperate closely with founders
  • Follow up on leads and research to identify potential prospects
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity (in close collaboration with the marketing team).


Must haves:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services and Team Augmentation sales
  • Local presence on the US market
  • Knowledge of the IT industry
  • Proven track of successfully delivered revenue targets
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and research business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in building sales teams and processes
