InterVision Systems is seeking a Project Manager who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be responsible for the successful deployment of complex technical projects for our government, commercial, and international clients.


Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree. Preferred areas: computer science, project management, business, or accounting
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience in a face-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Experience managing AWS Cloud and / or Amazon Connect projects
  • At least 4+ years working with business functional teams or work experience relevant to information technology and project management
  • Skilled in the application of project management methodologies, with proficiency in agile team management and coaching, client relationship management, budget management, and contract compliance
  • Experience working both independently and in a project team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including management, clients, and other departments
  • Ability to hold project teammates accountable for completing project deliverables accurately and on time, by escalating issues to management as needed
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict between team members
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs of clients across multiple US and international time-zones
  • Strong accounting or financial process understanding
  • Able to manage multiple, complex, and high-profile projects, which may require various resources and functional integration


Desirable Qualifications / Experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification
  • AWS Certified Practitioner and other AWS Certifications


Some Of The Exciting Work You Will Encounter

  • Direct and manage project development and execution from initiation to closure utilizing InterVision’s standard project methodology
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in support of business objectives
  • Coordinate all meetings/communications between the client and InterVision Project Team throughout the project
  • Clearly communicate expectations to team members
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Identify project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; identify project risks and suggest methods of mitigating those risks
  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved; proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Manage incidents and change orders within assigned projects, including escalations needed to ensure timely completion
