About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team and provide vital support to our sales team in the US and Australia. This role is key to enhancing both sales efficiency and customer interaction. You'll be responsible for streamlining the sales process by scheduling meetings and calls and ensuring timely communication. Additionally, you'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
Responsibilities:
Follow up via email, chat, and phone on inbound leads generated through sales and marketing efforts.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Account Managers based on customer requirements.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information and activity details.
Collaborate with Account Managers and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage post-sales account activities and sales desk tickets.
Move pre-qualified inbound leads and trial start leads through the entire sales cycle by completing a series of emails, ultimately leading to product purchases.


Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience dealing with international markets (US, UK, Australia).

  • Proficiency in Zoho, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

  • Willingness to learn and apply effective sales methodologies.

  • Ability to build positive customer relationships through clear and consistent email communication.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
