Who are we looking for


We are currently looking for a Head of New Partnerships to lead our international team of Regional Channel Managers, collaborating closely with other Sales, Marketing, and HR Managers and holding responsibility for the development of the Wildix international Partnership network. This role will report to the Chief Sales Officer and is critical in driving the sales processes while leading a team in achieving their goals.

How You Will Make an Impact (Responsibilities)

  • Recruiting & onboarding of RCM specialists
  • Coaching & coordinating a team of Regional Channel Managers (typically sales hunters roles) 
  • Setting yearly & quarterly KPI’s & action-plans for achievement  
  • Communication & alignment with other departments (HR, Marketing, BDR’s, Country Managers, Finance)
  • Implementation of ValueSelling principles into the daily job of the RCM team
  • Aligning RCM team’s actions with Wildix principles, values & strategy
  • Monitoring Global RCM team performance, understanding when it is required to introduce a PIP, and PIP management & facilitating year-over-year improvement
  • Ensure continues alignment of the team with main stakeholders, especially marketing and BDRs


What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications)

  • Experience in System Integrator, VAR, and reseller environment is a must
  • Experience in agents and master agents is a nice to have
  • Adaptive leadership, Strong coaching skills, proactive and goal-oriented management skills
  • Advanced ValueSelling skills
  • Data, forecasting and gap analysis 
  • Planning & presentation skills 
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Ideally 5-years experience in small & medium team management 
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an International environment
  • Advanced CRM-usage experience 
  • Fluent level of English both written and spoken and excellent communication skills
  • Any fluency in one or more European languages is a big plus
  • You are available, flexible and aware that leading an international team means having people in different time zones, so this requires a very high level of people, time, urgency and agenda management.


The Head of Value Partnerships is expected to have comprehensive knowledge in the following areas

  • In-depth knowledge of Wildix commercial policy 
  • Advanced knowledge of Wildix products & it’s differentiators 
  • Good understanding of the local markets, represented by Wildix
  • Solid knowledge of the Wildix competition & industry trends 
  • Advanced understanding of typical Wildix target company mindset 
  • Absolute knowledge of ValueSelling theoretical part 
  • Proven track record of team empowerment and results achievement

Where you’ll be based

We are a remote first environment, so this person can be based everywhere in the European time zone, with a strong preference for one of these countries: USA, Spain, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Estonia. 


Hiring Process 

  • Discovery Interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager (60 minutes) to dive deeper into the role's specifics
  • Final Interview with Hiring Manager and another member of the Sales leadership team (60 minutes) to gain insight into our team and direction and set expectations.
