Position Overview: The Vice President of Digital Marketing at NetCom Learning will lead a dynamic team responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies aimed at driving lead and revenue generation. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B demand generation, e-commerce, customer journey, and marketing platforms. The VP of Digital Marketing will work closely with product, sales, inside sales, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
Objectives Of This Role
Develop and implement strategies, campaigns, and executions that enhance lead generation and brand awareness via website and digital channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Measure and report on KPIs related to lead generation, learner engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of content, conversion rate, and digital marketers.
Drive demand and revenue generation through innovative marketing strategies.
Develop and articulate our solutions storytelling vision and voice.
Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and referral marketing.
Enhance e-commerce and website strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Optimize the customer journey to maximize sales and satisfaction.
Manage projects and utilize project management tools to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Stay informed on market trends, customer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership within the marketing team.
Skills And Qualifications
12+ years of significant B2B marketing experience.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation, including SEO, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and referral marketing.
8+ years of experience managing marketing teams.
Proven experience in e-commerce and website strategy and execution.
Strong understanding of customer journey and sales processes.
Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
Deep knowledge of market trends, customer journey analytics, and reporting tools.
Comprehensive understanding of 360-degree marketing including content, social media, AI tools, and marketing automation.
