You will be working with our partner Tarjama. We are looking for competent Senior AI Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market requirements specific to AI solutions, leveraging AI insights and data analytics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI research, engineering, data science, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge AI-powered products.
• Define and manage the AI product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest priority customer and market requirements for AI solutions.
• Ensure all AI products leverage state-of-the-art AI technologies and methodologies to meet customer needs, target market, and business goals and objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AI product-related inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI product requirements are met, including understanding and addressing AI-specific concerns.
• Oversee AI product development, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget, while also monitoring AI-specific challenges such as data quality, model performance, and ethical considerations.
• Conduct in-depth AI market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends, emerging AI applications, and identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Analyze and report on AI product performance, leveraging advanced AI analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in AI solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the tasks of AI development alongside AI specialists and tech leads, ensuring alignment with AI best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with design, tech, sales, finance, and operations departments to define and specify AI features and functionalities, considering AI-specific user experience (UX) and interface (UI) requirements.
• Manage stakeholders' expectations from various departments, providing transparent progress updates and priority setting specifically tailored to AI product development cycles.
• Track and optimize AI-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging AI-driven insights and A/B testing methodologies to enhance AI product performance and user engagement.
• Conduct AI-specific user surveys and feedback sessions to ensure the users' needs are met and to iterate on AI product enhancements, leveraging AI-driven sentiment analysis and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Oversee the entire AI product life cycle, from AI requirement gathering, AI model development, AI training and testing, to AI deployment and monitoring, ensuring compliance with AI ethics and regulations.
• Articulate, groom, and communicate the team's AI vision and roadmap, highlighting AI-specific milestones, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven innovation within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, technology, computer science, or a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML), AI development, or a related role, with a strong understanding of AI research principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI analysis tools and languages, with SQL expertise being a must-have skill for data querying and analysis in AI applications.
• Background in the translation or language services industry is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams, especially in AI product development contexts.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex AI-driven projects and challenges.
• Proficiency in Agile product development methodologies, with a track record of successfully delivering AI-driven products in iterative and adaptive development environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to AI project management and execution.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends, particularly within the context of AI-driven products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate AI concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications for AI project management, documentation, and communication purpose
