WHAT YOU'LL DO

ATI is hiring a Partner Support Specialist to join their sales team. This is a remote position living in or around the assigned territory covering southeastern Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. The Partner Support Specialist will work collaboratively with the Client Executive within assigned territory. Working in a sales support capacity to ensure service coverage, building strong collaborative client relationships, prospecting for new business & opportunities, preparing for sales & support meetings, and keeping abreast of current market conditions in the nursing education field. 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK

This position will work remote from Florida covering Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach territory. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Responsible for accurately representing all ATI nursing products, product updates, service offerings, and new technologies.
  • Assisting the Client Executive with sales and support, including student orientations, sales meetings, data-focused discussions, product demos, and faculty integration meetings.
  • Provide information and/or follow up on customer needs as requested in a timely manner.
  • Particular emphasis is placed on the Partner Support Specialist’s ability to work with the Client Executive to build and maintain strong, high-quality relationships with customers while simultaneously increasing the size of the account base and sales volumes.
  • Supporting the Client Executive in preparing for and attending regionally based conferences, webinars, lunch and learns, and strategic drop-bys.

 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field required. 
  • 2+ years of consultative selling experience is preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have been accountable for motivating and energizing audiences to embrace the need for assessment-driven performance.
  • Success in forming multiple customer relationships which have resulted in long-term relationships.
  • Past success where it was consistently required to present one-on-one, to large, and small group audiences providing information/instruction but in an energizing and persuasive manner. Ability to read and react to audience response.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to support and collaborate with the Client Executive in managing marketing campaigns, newsletters, and regional or national webinars, using resources like HighSpot, via Outlook.
  • Ability to travel at least three days a week to client meetings in the territory (as needed).
  • Ability to travel overnight to corporate trainings, conferences, and client meetings as necessary (as needed).
  • Candidates for the Partner Support Specialist position are required to have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain business expense submissions for reimbursement.
