Job description

The Digital Marketing specialist's role is to take part in executing marketing and branding strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and curating content on owned/earned media channels; managing blogs, dS website and directories providing analytics and tracking website traffic including number and nature of incoming inquiries; updating information on directories, managing dS social media contents; weekly meeting/updating of KPIs and results achieved to CEO and direct superior.

This is an office environment and typical physical demand applies.

Travel may be required to attend conferences, client meetings, and company-sponsored events.

Must be open to working flexible hours in order to communicate efficiently with Global team members.

Minimum Qualifications Needed

Strong written and verbal English communication skills in order to deliver the target message effectively with staff, partners, and clients

Well-developed interpersonal skill is required

Ability to get along well with different personalities and to work well in global teams is required

Advance knowledge on Internet and SEO marketing, content marketing (blogs, social media, and email), as well as Hubspot marketing automation software, are required; experience in SalesForce is preferred.

Passion with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or Keynote is a must

Must have professionalism, passion to succeed, and a motivation to reach higher goals.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, efficiently, and accurately.

Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client and marketing services

Must have the ability to consistently meet check-ins and deadlines on the road to launching new marketing campaigns.

Experience or familiarity with design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Must have creative and analytical thinking skills.

Must have an understanding of the importance of ROI as it relates to measuring campaign success.

Education/Experience:

Must have 1-3 Years of marketing or client service experience in the market research industry

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Marketing (with digital marketing courses)

Experience working for a B2B marketing company or social media campaigns from content creation to delivery and launches
