Job Summary
The CCG Business Development Representative is responsible for finding and developing new business, as well as maintaining existing end user work wear programs. For this team, the majority of their activity and focus is of the complete sales pipeline management – from lead generation to the closing of the sale. S/he is also responsible for representing Carhartt at conferences, events, and training seminars, and providing cross-team coverage for national or regional distributors who have opportunities for joint end-user sales calls and field tests. This role includes responsibility for both the assigned industry(s) of focus as well as additional national business opportunities as directed by the CCG Business Development Manager.

Representative Responsibilities

Maintains industry expertise and consistently informs all appropriate leadership, peers, and other supporting associates of industry trends, which effect their ability to support the CCG business.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, seminars, joint distributor sales calls, end user meetings, and training events
