The responsibilities:

  • Conducting hands-on secondary data analytics projects to inform a range of business issues, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey analytics, and managed markets analytics, etc.
  • Communicate/manage stakeholders, understand business questions and perform relevant analytics to address questions; able to translate analytics to insights.

The skillset required is:

  • At least 8 yrs. of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics
    1. Patient analytics using claims and secondary market data.
    2. Brand performance analytics and reporting
    3. Marketing analytics (preferred)
  • Experience working in Oncology, Rare Disease, Specialty Brand (atleast one required)
  • Proficiency in working with data sources like APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub services, Formulary etc.
  • High proficiency on data analysis using tools like R, Python, SQL (atleast one required/Python preferred)
  • Qualitative skills:
    1. Independent contributor/Self starter
    2. Good communication and presentation skills to present work to Executive Leadership team
  • Extensive knowledge of various pharmaceutical industry data sources such as: IQVIA (xPonent, xPonent PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, and Patient Level data) or Symphony data.
  • Experience with the Immunology market is preferred.
