Description

monday.com is looking for a Senior Channel Partner Manager to join the EMEA Partnership Team. Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities. We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com.

This role offers you the ability to make a start-up sized impact with the resources of an established, public company.


About The Role

  • You’re the boss of your book: ​​Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota-carrying role with a dedicated path to a managerial role 
  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach
  • Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions
  • Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs - important for the role 
  • A solid foundation and an eagerness to learn
  • Experience in a global work environment
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
  • Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach
  • You move fast. You fail fast. You get back up and keep going
  • You are not scared of negotiation. Whether it be negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or the balance of our company and partners needs, you can tactfully negotiate

  • Managerial experience is a plus

About The Team (Internal)

  • Dror is leading the Channel Partnerships Teams in the Americas.
  • Today we have our LATAM CPMs based in Miami, and NAM team mainly based in NY but also spread through the US.
  • Our North American team consists of 4 Channel Partner managers, and we have tons of new openings.

Internal requirements

  • At least 1 year as a at monday.com in the consulting team
  • Experience running full sales cycles
