Requirements

The Fundamentals:

  • Organized and process-driven. High attention to detail.
  • Client-facing personality, comfortable speaking to clients and superiors.
  • Tech-Savvy: ability to learn and master marketing software such as HubSpot, SEMRush, etc.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Driven, self-starter personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Result-Driven and able to analyze and improve performance.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and growth trajectory.

Direct Experience:

  • 4+ Years of Professional Marketing Experience.
  • At least one year in a Marketing agency environment (preferred).
  • Well-versed with HubSpot (preferred) or comparable CRM software.
  • Experience creating and managing successful demand generation campaigns for B2B companies
  • Experience using multi-channel approaches combining advertising, SEO, emails, webinars, etc., to generate leads
  • Experience analyzing campaign results and testing optimizations to improve conversions & results
  • Experience overseeing the timely delivery of projects, from ideation to launch, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Google’s marketing suite of products, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, Tag Manager, etc.
Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution

    • Contribute to the overall account strategy and tactics along with the Account Director.
    • Participate in the formulation of marketing strategy at the inception of a client engagement.
    • Develop strong positioning and Audience, Messaging, and Offer frameworks for client campaigns.
    • Develop multi-channel campaign calendars under the guidance of the Account Director. This includes developing campaign themes, targeting, the structure of the offer, and distribution channels. Campaigns can include email, ads, content, SEO, webinars and more.
    • Work with our team of experts and specialists, including designers, copywriters, web developers, PPC teams etc., to deliver top-quality campaigns
    • Be the final reviewer on all campaign materials, ensuring quality standards and adherence to marketing best practices.
    • Create performance reports, analyze results and optimize campaigns

    Client Management

      • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients
      • Create weekly meeting agendas for client meetings and present main updates to the client
      • Supervise work of account coordinators on all project management and client management-related work

      Project Management

      • Ensure timely delivery & proper implementation of campaigns
      • Monitor internal team assignments, follow up with task owners and stakeholders, making sure everything is running on track.
